I was looking for cheap Dell approved memory, and found this right on Dells website:

Unless I'm mistaken, Dell uses Crucial memory, so you could just go order it from Crucial.com and save yourself some cash by not overpaying for it at Dell's site...

I was hunting around, and thats exactly what I did.

Used ebates link, and the trick to have 2 browsers open at the same time.

Crucial 128 mb SODIMM $76.49 - $3.80 ebates 5% rebate= 72.67.

Still overpriced, but better than anything i've found online so far.
