when i plug the power cable into my inspiron 2500, the charge lights flash on and then go off. Ive tried many different power cords, same thing happens. They said its my mother board. I tried using a fully charged battery from another laptop and my computer turned on and booted up fine. its weird the motherboard isnt allowing it to charge.
if i could get my hands on a inspiron mother board, how hard would it be to replace the motherboard? are there instructions anywhere?
