Dell Inspirion I15-2728BK adapter needed

I15-2728BK is my 15 year old's Dell.

He had a 65W adapter he broke (I thought he broke the laptop's port but I saw the strain relief part on the cord had pulled out of the adapter). I looked it up and the 90W is a better match for less failures.

Where is the best place to buy this bang for buck?
 
I usually buy new Dell genuine adapters from reputable eby sellers. Check the adapter family on the old one - PA-10, PA-12, etc. to make sure the new adapter is compatible.
