Dell hard disk performance

I know the windows experience point index is not the most accurate, but I dont understand how I am getting a 7.6 with a WD 1 TB???

PC is a pre-built Dell Studio XPS 7100 with Phenom II x6, 6 GB ECC RAM, etc
