Dell gurus, what have I done?

Dell 700m, just installed XP pro over XP Home...

Now system won't wake up from hibernation with power switch, I have to pull the battery & re-install to get it to wake up.

Pretty sure I reinstalled all the drivers, etc after OS upgrade

Any suggestions?

Duh, once again, proof I need to RTFM, just have to press the power button for a few seconds & it cycles the notebook off...
