I have a DFS account, & while I believe their criteria for lower interest rates are steep (700+ credit score & I was approved for 29%? WTF?) they very clearly stated the terms at every step.

Only a moron could misunderstand.

IMO this is the equivalent of the blockbuster suit over late fees. You agreed to it dumbasses.

Here in Alaska, I know people that watched the TV ads claiming no late fees from Blockbuster and turned in movies late only to find out that the Alaska stores are independently owned franchises that were not participating in the no late fees policy. There was no way a reasonable person should have realized that television ads on local TV stations did not apply to local Blockbusters.

That's not what I'm talking about, I was referring to the class action lawsuit a year or two ago claiming that blockbuster charged outrageous late fees.
