Dell Geforce2 MX OC'ing

Hi all,
My parents just got a new computer and I took their Dell Geforce2 MX card (32MB). I've tried importing the coolbits reg. to overclock it, but I don't get the option in the card properties. I'm using Win2k SP2.

Any ideas?
