I'm giving into temptation and I'm buying a Dell Inspiron 8200 through Dell small business through my mother's company. I'm opting for the same as cash quick loan, so that I can pay for it through monthly installments. One questions is: Is there a pre-payment penalty? If I finish payments before the 36 months are up, will I have to pay some penalty?

Thanks

Yes.

According to the other Dell thread - you pay a 3% penalty for months 3-12. 2% for months 13-24 and 1% for the remaining months. This is a percentage of your principle and is added to your principle.

might as well get DPA if theres gonna be a penalty... thought DPA might be harder to get, and might have a higher rate, theres no penalty. if its paid off they can't charge you interest, right?
