The way you get this is to click on this link and goto page 40 of the catalog. From what people are saying, the rep will ask you to upgrade from the advertised Intel CPU to the A64 x2 3800 for free.

If for some reason the link does not work, goto Dell Small Business. Then goto "As Advertised" on the left hand side. Then browse the catalog and goto page 40.

Spec'd out like this they want nearly 600 for it, which isn't horrible its just not hot.
