Dell E510 Problem

ok here is my Computer Spec

i have a dell e510

Pentium D 940
4GB of DDR 675
ASUS ATI 1800XL
ATI Tv Tuner 650
250GB Hardrive
200GB Harrdrive
XFI PRO Sound card
650Watt Power supply from OZ
A06 Bios ( Lastest)
when i plug in the TV tuner 650
the system will not finish the post

but if i unplug the PCIE ASUS 1800XL the system will post
on the onboard VGA

only way to post is to keep the unplug the 1800XL or ATI tuner 650

i want to keep both of this card on my system

i call dell but no one could help me i am on a 2.5 hour hold ....

please help me out

Have you tried it with 2gb installed?
or you could try it without the XFI card in

running XP 32bit or XP 64 bit?

i have not try the memory but ...
the system will not finish the POST ...
only if i unplug the ASUS X1800XL

then it will post with the onboard VGA
