Dell E510 Network Driver w/ XP Media

I just received a Dell E510. An oldie, but a goodie! Anyway, I formatted it and reinstalled XP Media Center SP2. All went well with the install and I downloaded the drivers from Dell. However, the network driver is not taking. The install says it installed with success, but nothing appears in Network Connections.

I have re-serviced pack, reinstalled the chip set, deleted the device from the Device Manager and rescanned.

I am out of ideas with this one.

Any ideas??

After unpacking the files to C:\Dell\Drivers\R105788 (your DL'ing the R105788.exe right?)and the install runs, if in Device Manager the ethernet controller is still not showing correctly, right click it, update driver, then point it to the above folder for drivers
Or you can DL the intel drivers from Intel directly

The folder is greyed out when I try to point to it.
