Hello All,
I currently have a Dell 2007WFP that I am really satisfied with, but I would like to move up to a 24" for the resolution (1080p capable). Ideally, I'd take either the Gateway 24" or Dell's 2408, which I believe uses an IPS panel, rather than a TN panel. However, I really like the idea of spending less money, so is the budget Dell E248, which most likely does use a TN panel, a good quality monitor? Anybody using this? I really like the color of the 2007WFP I have now, as I use it for photo processing. Am I going to lose a lot going to this TN panel? Should I just wait until I can afford a 24" monitor with an S-IPS or the like? Any other recommended 24" monitors you have used?
Also, are there any decently-priced IPS or S-IPS panel 24" monitors on the market? Does anybody know where a reliable list of panel types can be found?
