Dell E228WFP v. Scepter 22' gamer?

I have decided to get a 22" for cheap and wait a few years to get a larger high quality panel then. I was thinking about a Sceptre 22" gamer, but after doing some research, Im leaning toward the Dell.

I see on a few user reviews at Hardforums that the backlight bleed on the Dell is a little excessive, but has a better build quality than the Sceptre.


For those of you with both types, I would greatly appreciate some input (the bad with the good) on your displays.

I am primarily a gamer who wishes crystal clear quality. Response time is of the utmost, but I would like the picture quality to be the best that 22" widescreen will allow.
