Alright, at my company, we just bought an HP officeject v40xi, its only USB capable so...we use USB..dur...
anyways, we are hooking it up to a dell latitude c610 with a dell docking station, i think its a c/port, im gonna have to confirm that....now...we put in the drivers and what not...plug in the printer, and win2k installs it as default printer and what not. BUT, i go into the printer properties and try to print a test page, BSOD, then it restarts, and i decided to turn it off , another BSOD
the error basically told us that the driver was faulty...now, i take it out of the docking station, and all is fine, prints fine, and whatever...put it back in...just crashes left and rite...
anybody have any ideas?
