My Dell DJ30 worked great with Rhapsody To Go for about a week, then just stopped working altogether. It would still play, but could not Xfer anything to it. After MUCH messing around, I did the firmware update to 2.20.07 yesterday. Rhapsody downloads the tracks, but will not transfer them. Under My Computer, the DJ30 shows, but when I open it, it says that it is "not Connected". Hense my not being able to transfer tracks to it. A side note is that the devise also shows in Rhapsody, and will count and show the songs in it, so why am I getting that it is Not Connected when I open it in My Computer?
