Dell DJ Story - Excellent Service

My Dell 20gig MP3 DJ's original remote failed. If you know or have one of these, its the small square type that has play, fast foward, rewind, volume, and hold. I called Dell up and they sent a new one the next day. To my surprise, it was the newer LCD type with song title, play, fast foward, rewind, AND a FM Radio built in!

I've told this story before, but my friend dropped his Axim on the floor and shattered the screen probably 5 or 6 months after purchase. He called Dell and told them the absolute truth about what happened, and they sent him a new one under warranty.

Anyway, it's nice to hear some positive Dell stories in the face of so many people that hate them.

I bought a monitor from them about a year ago along with a couple other cheap items, when the monitor arrived I had found a better deal so I asked them to RMA it, they did and let me keep the other items at no charge.
