Dell Dimension 5150 's power panel&leds for custom PC

Hi, i modifaed Dell Dimension 5150 PC case for regular mATX motherboard (yes i did)
but modifaing case isn't enough, now i need to modifay Power button with 2 USB, Audio
and LED's on the front(one small MOB).
Problem is thise thing was connected to original DELL MOB with two flat cable:
1. Floppy like 37 pin flat ribbon
2. and 9 pin flat ribbon cable.

It has some small MOB and everything is installed on it.
MOB spec's: "PWB X8683 Rev A00" and "BTI ML-1".

I made some search but find nothing about it.

Any help?

Cable pinouts for Dell 400SC. . I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same for other Dells, since Dell has a patent on their Front Panel control.

This is one of the reasons that I don't recommend that folks try to move Dell motherboards to non-Dell cases, nor install non-Dell motherboards in Dell cases.
