Dell Dimension 2350 CPU upgradeable?

I'm pricing the 2350 (I want to build...wife wants pre-built...I have to live with my wife, so...), and I've got it configured how I want. But I don't want a Celeron. Does anyone know if there are BIOS issues, or otherwise, which would prevent me from upgrading to a PIV down the road?

It uses the i845GL chipset (no AGP slot on the motherboard), so keep that in mind.

edit: aha, full specs here. 400MHz P4's do appear to be a possibility.

aaaaaa! You just made my mind up about the 2350. thanks . I need the AGP for an AIW. Don't want the PCI version.
