I got a very reasonable Dell Dimension 2100 for my wife, as a second family
PC, and upgraded the less than poor onboard video with a CardEXpert TNT2 PCI
32 MB (because it doesn't have an AGP slot, another failing). I preinstalled
the signed nVidia drivers and all appeared well. I am running it on XP Home.
I have selected PCI video source in the BIOS, and it boots fine but as soon
as the loading screen stops and goes to the logon, I lose video and the
screen is black. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Karl
