Dell diagnostic partition showing in Windows

My brother uninstalled McAfee tonight, as well as a piece of Roxio software. He then ran a bunch of cleanup programs. Ccleaner, regsupreme, erunt, ntregopt, etc.

What appears to be the Dell diagnostic partition is showing in Windows explorer. I don't remember this ever being there before tonight, though it could have, since I don't use the computer much.

Is there a way to re-hide this partition?

I don't know how-to fix this but I have never hard of " regsupreme, erunt, ntregopt" so if I had to guess a culprit is would probably one of the registry programs (I assume thats what they are).

exact mode and service tag of said unit.

recommendations:
1. completely uninstall Mcafee
2. install AVG
3. Uninstall Roxio
4. Install CD Burner XP
5. run CCleaner till both the Cleaner and Registry option report no errors.

Download TweakUI. There's an option to hide individual drives there. Probably the easiest way to do it.

Yeah, they're registry programs. Regsupreme is a registry cleaner, you can clean out unused registry entries. Erunt is, as I recall, a registry backup. Ntregopt, I believe, is a registry optimizer. I'm familiar with regsupreme, but my brother uses the other two.

That's pretty much what we're doing.
I don't know the model off the top of my head, and I'm too busy to look it up right now.

Thanks guys.
