Dell D630 CPU upgrade.

I have 2 Dell D630 core 2 duo's. Both have P socket 478 pin processors. One is 1.83 Ghz T7100 working Good. The other is 2.5 Ghz T9300 with a bad nvidia nvs 135 GPU. Does anyone know if the one with T7100 will accept the T9300 Processor as an upgrade? I have read that you can Upgrade any D630 but I know some have M sockets instead of the P socket. I don't know if motherboards are compatible.
