Ok, for a refurbished Dell, but depends on if you want a new monitor or a refurbished Dell....

Free shipping and a 90 day warranty makes it a little sweeter. They pay return shipping if it's defective according to their website. Might be a good deal for someone looking for a second monitor. Specs: http://support.dell.com/docs/monitors/84779/

They also have a Dell Trinitron for $149.

I've had mixed results with the D1028L. Have bunches at work. Some have great screen resolution (clear text, bright colors, etc.) while others had problems (fuzzy, dull/washed out colors, etc.) I also had a D1028L on my Dell at home. Quality of screen resoution was good for a .28 but it failed after 2 years. I opened the case before I returned to Dell and found it had a Hitachi tube which I have heard is good, at least a couple of years ago. Dell replaced it with a cheaper POS model E770s.

I have one... note that the vertical refresh rate is only 60Hz at 1280x1024. I've gotten used to it, but it drives other people nuts.
