Dell Customer Support

Anybody have problems with Dell Customer Support? I asked for a price adjustment on an item I bought and it has been about 2 months already and they haven't refunded me the money. Anyone with similar problems at Dell? How do you make them deal with it quicker? Thanks.

I really didn't have problems with them while my old computer was under warranty (1997-99). I called frequently and they were always helpful.

Now that I have learned how to build my own computers, I don't have to worry about them anymore
