Dell Customer Service sucks!

Alright I've made two orders. The first one was 629.00 with free shipping. It didn't work because it seems my credit card expired. Several days later I was able to find more rebates and made another order for 559.25 with free shipping. I made that order and was able to cancel my previous one. I've been on the phone for a hour trying to change my billing method for my 559.25 order. It seems that Dell's customer support is non-exsistant...

I want my 559.25 Dollar 2005 WFP thats all I want........

Yeah, i can't stand their CS... not only do you have to navigate through their damn system, but if you go to the wrong one, they won't transfer you! I don't care if it's a cold transfer, just transfer me.

Dell is by far the worst....I was having problems getting into windows...the guy on the phone tells me to use my video capture software....and I'm like I can't get into windows....he finally says to type: "Format C:" and i said this won't erase my data and he said no...hung up right hten and there. You gotta call and start screaming saying that you were disconected like 10 times...then ask for a level 3 technician....

Yaeh, in my experience (two Dell desktops, one was an xmas gift 2 years ago for me, other was for my mom) Dell's customer service was horrible. I spent WAY too much time on the phone with them, and I couldn't understand them half the time I was on the phone with them. Not to mention the problems with build quality, parts quality, etc etc... I had problems running Halo PC with sound on because of the way the mobo shared IRQ slots.. ugh, it was horrible... please please PLEASE don't buy a dell!
