dell customer service number, need a person, not automated system

Okay, anyone have a number for dell home where I can talk to someone right now?

I tried calling 1800-685-2834 and I get the automated order checking system. I have also tried dialing x80564, but they are already gone for the day. I know theres a number I can call to talk to someone right now, but I can't seem to get to it

then you get to customer service (I call them daily)

i think they are open 7am-9pm cdt

i thought there was someone there late night....I swear I called and talked to someone in the Filippines at like 3 a.m.....might have been another CS desk.

Support is there 24/7 but sales/customer service usually leave at 9PM CST.

Good luck...the worst is when you can't get to a person and when you finally get to a person it's the wrong dept so then they transfer you and you get discoed...

wait times are usually 10 minutes it really sux..
