Dell completecare - all it's claimed to be?

I'm thinking about buying a new laptop - Dell's completecare used to be fantastic - literally if anything happened (dropped off of a table, liquid spilled on it, etc etc etc) it was covered.

Is this still the case?

I add it to all of my companies laptops. We have two that have both been completely replaced by Dell. It's been used to replaced countless LCDs, as well.
