Dell.com down all day long

Geez... I'm trying to get to dell's site to check my order status but the customer support server is down all day long!

it worked ok for me, although at first it said that my ip was on a list of ips being blocked. I refreshed and got in.

Yeah, neither has mine RossMan. They said it won't be shipped till the seventh of February. Yet, I got an email saying it is shipping. I hope I don't get screwed out of the rebate...
