obviously this is a basic inkjet, if that's all you're looking for.

-Up to 13 ppm black, 8 ppm color
-Up to 4800x1200 dpi

Not a bad old printer but why bother? I guess if you what to toss it after the carts run out.

See if you can find a canon ip3000 for 30 or so.

The catridges that comes with the printer don't last long. I had a bunch of these printers from some Dell ebaying I did last year - they just give them away!
 
These printers are not worth $20 shipped. Heck, if they were $9 shipped they'd not be worth that, either.

You get about 50 pages of printing with the half filled cartridge that comes with them. After that, you can either buy an obscenely overpriced replacement cartridge or throw the printer away. No one wants these printers, everyone knows they're crap. So don't even think you'll be able to resell the printer without cartridges...

And the print quality is mediocre, to be charitable.

So you get 50 pages of mediocre color printing for $20 shipped, or 40 cents a page.

Does that sound like a good deal to you?
