I'm thinking about getting that black 16x cdr-w from Dell.
I hear that Plextor makes these...is this true?
Does anyone know who makes the cd-roms?

The CDRW on my parent's brand new Dell is from NEC. 16x write, 12x re-write, forgot the read speed (probably 40x).
