I'm sorry, but I am a veteran of the HD forum. There is always a measure of doubt when there are a couple of rebates involved as to whether a company will honor them both.

Also, with regard to the overseas support thing that you are ranting about, the reason that they moved that department overseas (to India), was because they can hire remarkably well-educated people for 10% of what they would pay an American.
