Dell Battery Question....

Since tons of people use Dells here...thought I just ask before experimenting myself.

So I got a Modular Bay battery and an extra main battery.

How do I use them to get the maximum value out?

Should the main battery and modular bay battery be pluggedin at the same time, or should I plug the modular in after the main is close to drying out?

Also, Can I how swao main batteries while computer is plugged in the wall or the modular battery is in?

From what I remember when I had my Latitude D600, the modular battery charged the main battery while it wasn't plugged in. So just leave them both in at the same time I guess.

You can run your laptop on just the modular battery, while you swap out main batteries.

It it's in standby, unplugged it should last 60-90 seconds with no batteries installed. I'm not sure on the rest of your questions...
