Dell Axim X51 416Mhz pda $199, actually I am now seeing prices around $169 plus shipping for these refurbs, which seems hot hot hot to me, but I don't know pdas that well. What do you all think, deal has been going on a week or so, but search didn't show anything.

Seems like a pretty hot deal, if the refurbs live up to their claims:
"Fully refurbished, visually inspected or retested, and repackaged to meet original factory specifications."

I'm trying to save my money, but at this price...

Remember, this has the standard screen, not have the VGA. Regardless, it would still be great for a project like this Carputer!

Good call on the wifi, but with 11n almost ready, going with a SDIO card might not be that bad. OTOH I want wifi now so I can do skype type stuff on the road so deal killer for me, or step up to the wifi models. I have heard so much negative stuff on the Ipaq that I would like to avoid them, but I may need to bid and hope on ebay with my budget.
