Dell Audio Chassis for Biostar G41-M7?

I was wondering if there's any way to use this for my motherboard? I Plug in the audio to the motherboard next to the pw-sw and etc. But it doesn't work.

My guess is that Dell has proprietary plugs on their motherboards for this.
