Hi, so I am helping a friend who uses a mac try and install a dell printer she got from someone. Unfortunately, this is not a printer supported by dell for osx so there is no driver.
My gooooogling lead me to understand that lexmark 7100 series drivers should work for this printer. However, even though the printer is now installed and detects when plugged in...every document sent to print results in the error 'unable to read cups raster' or something like that.
I haven't been able to go back and work on the issue but was wondering if someone had a similar issue and how they solved it?
