Ordered a digicam from them last saturday. I paid $9.5 for next day business shipping!
the package is not arrived yet, so I called AirBorne. they told me dell shipped it in GROUND :|:|:|
I was expecting that since tuesday, hopefully, it will be here tomorrow.
any ways I can tell dell to credit me back the shipping charge? ground shipping was free....

I called them alreay. got a reference #, fax # and attention #
they want me to fax the invoice to them. wtf, don't they have access to what they have printed?
the fax # area code is 512...any idea where this is?
dell sure is sucks!

What makes me laugh is your asking for advice on what to do, when you have already been told what to do.

Stop your bitching and fax them the fvcking invoice and they will give you your money back.
