Dell 8400

I have a Dell 8400, and want to clone the 80 gig HD to a larger one. I bought Ghost 10.0 and installed just for this purpose. When the dell drive shows up in the source window, it shows 3 partitions with only one assigned a drive letter C: it is formatted NTFS and I think one partition is a recovery partition. I ran ghost and could only highlight one source partition so I highlighted the C: and cloned to my new drive, it took a while and when it completed, a message came up saying the operation completed but when I switched out the drives it would not boot, claiming something in windows was missing, sorry I didn?t write the message down. FYI both drives are SATA drives.

Any one experience this, or have any ideas on what to try next?

Any help appreciated.
