Which would yield best performance?

Performance comparison chart would be great. I can't find anything on this.

Honestly, I don't think you would see much of difference with the higher ram. I would go with CL3 since it has the lower latency.


Its not like you tweak the RAM settings to OC. Go with CL3, then agin I'm just a noob.
 
Unless by some miracle(which I very highly doubt) the Dell bios lets you run the ram at a higher ratio than the FSB..you won't be able to utilize any speeds above PC3200 anyway..so it would be better to just get the PC3200
