Dell 8400 Bios A09

So of course Dell won't say what "support for newer processors" means. It is based on an Intel 925x chipset. Is it possible that it could support Core 2 Duo? (they are both Socket 775).

Well before the update it already suuported CPU's with the EMT64 or whatever. Supports the 600 series processors. So then maybe it supports the Pent D? Was hopping someone with extreme knowledge would be able to tell me if it is even possible to make it support Core 2 Dou via a bios update for this motherboard or not.

Well, I know a bit about the C2D's, and from what I know, only the 945, 965, and 975x chipsets support C2D's. It must be adding either EIST or possibly D support.
