Dell 8250 Won't turn on

I was talking on AIM for a little bit on my dell and then it just randomly turned off. Now I can't get it to turn back on again. I tested my outlet, it's fine. Looked inside my case, everything seems to connect fine. The power supply works fine I believe because the lights on my mobo turn on when I plug in the main power to my mobo.

The light where you push the power button blinks orange constantly. Any ideas on how to get it to power on?
