Dell 8200 vs C840, whats the difference??

Whats the difference between these two laptops? I am in need of a highish-end performance laptop that is able to accept 2 batteries and these two are the cheapest i can find that meet this criteria along with a nice 15" screen, etc....

so whats the difffernece between them? they both have similar specs and are similarly priced and look the same...

thanks for any help

BIOS pretty much. On the 8200 there are more options in it's BIOS. And you can actually flash the BIOS on a C840 to an 8200 and vice versa.
