Dell 5150 cooling

Do you have any idea guys? I took a look at the back and it seem it could accept at least a powerful 80 mm fan. But how could I install it 😕 ?

Screws with washers? Screws with larger heads (I can't tell how large those holes are). It looks like you could get a 120mm fan in there but I can't tell the scale.

I'm sorry if I didn't drawn out the scale. I did measure it though, it's around 80mmx80mm ~ 90mmx90mm
