Are 4700s on the way out and being replaced by 5100s? Or do you think Dell will keep both of them for now?

I was trying to configure a 5100 today and noticed that there is no TV Tuner option. I could have sworn there was before. Maybe they took it out, so they can sell out 4700 MCEs faster?

Don't know the answer, but a good place is the Dell forums at dell.com. I find a lot of useful information from the forum members not the bots from dell's support.

Thanks for posting this. I meant to look today and forgot. $558 for the same comp with 2 year On-Site service is SWEEET!

this has a slot for a GFX card right?

It allows the option for x300 pci-e card. But it might be undepowered for high end video card.

I know 4600 series allowed me to upgrade to Antec powersupply. I didn't want to take a risk with my 6600 gt agp card.

The link just goes to Dell SB home page, I can find the deal, but I can't find the link to the rebate. Anyone have a direct link? Thanks!

(Never mind, I found it 😱 here it is for the similarly blind)
