Dell 4500 ram ?

Can anyone help me find out exactly what this memory is? The pc is a Dell 4500, it has a 512mb 184pin stick, part # A0069536. I tried looking on Dell's site, but am still not sure what it is exactly (PC2100, PC2700, etc.). I did see where it said "184pin, 167mhz".

Any help will be appreciated 🙂
 
thats PC 2700 ram, any decent brand DDR 333 or 400 eg PC 2700 or 3200 should work, personaly I've had good luck w/ Kingston, Corsair, Crucial, and Buffalo myself. Hope this helps... 🙂
