Dell 400SC: Any PAT limitations? (i875P)

Hello,

I have a Dell 400SC server 2x 256MB DIMMs.

I just added 2x 1GB DIMMs, and while everything is working file, it seems that PAT is become disabled when all 4 DIMMs area used. (!) Either pair by itself works fine

SiSoft Sandra reports a loss about 500 MB/sec memory bandwidth with PAT disabled.

Why is PAT being turned off? How can I force PAT on?

I have a 400SC as well. PAT is automatically set by the system and there is no way to turn it on manually with 4 DIMMs. I am not sure if I saw much a performance drop with Sandra myself, but I don't put much important of a synthetic benchmark.
