Dell 400sc - 2 256 sticks pc3200 and 2 128mb pc3200 - Can I still run Dual mode?

I just bought a dell 400sc server and have bought 2 256 sticks of Crucial PC3200 ecc memory for dual mode operation. The system came with 1 128mb ddr400 memory. If I add another 128 stick of this dell memory (from the FS/FT section here) can I still run in dual mode if I use all 4 sticks? Thanks
