Dell 3011 30" stands.

Was looking at the new Dell 30" & wondering if this part of the stand can detach itself from the base? For easy storage when mobile. If anyone has one or other older 30" models & knows that would be appreciated. Also is it easy to detach the top part that connects to the center back of the screen? They dont look like screws. thanks.
 
I got mine on a separate stand so just took a look for you.

As far as I can tell the arm is attached to the base by 4xphillips screws and 1 Hex nut in the middle. So, without trying it, it looks like you can detach it relatively easily, though it would probably be easier just to detach the monitor via the VESA mount.
