Dell 2716DGR G-Sync montor? $449.99 is reasonable price?

Been looking for a 144Hz 1440p monitor for a while but didn't really consider G-Sync as the tariff is usually too high.

Anyways BestBuy has a special for elite and elite plus members currently on this one. Currently $449.99 which seems reasonable let too me.

Anybody using this one?

Reviews kind of mixed as 1st Rev01 had issues. Ordered one for in store pickup on Friday so I can check the Rev before finalizing the deal.

Was kind of looking for IPS but 1440p hit might be too much for a single 1070 anyways.
