I received it this week and calibrated it with DisplayCal and a SpyderX Pro at 1440P and 165Hz refresh rate. Review at Rtings. In Custom Color mode my RGB gain calibration settings were 100-100-99. Gamma was 2.2 before and after calibration. For $150. the picture looks great right out of the box and didn't need much tweaking.
The G2725D is also on sale for the same price, 185Hz refresh rate.

Sounds like you got a great deal. My wife had an old LG 27" that she gave me a while back, when I was looking for a monitor, so maybe that's why I missed this deal (I don't even remember this deal being posted here).

The LG is nothing special, but since I'm not a gaming fanatic, I stopped looking. I don't even have rgb lighting on anything, except a great keyboard I bought on sale
