Or do you have to use DVI/D-Sub for one input and S-Vid/Compon/Compos for the second?

I don't know about the 2405fpw, but it doesn't work in PIP & PBP mode with DVI + D-Sub in the 2005fpw.

Dual PC inputs will not work in PIP or PBP modes. One of them most be s-vid/composite/or comp.
