dell 2405 problem

when im not in CS:S its fine but when i go to my games and click on css after a few seconds i get this high pitched sound comming from my monitor. i didnt get this untill i changed the resolution to the standard one 1920x1200
 
This is a known problem with the 2405 monitor. You will have to RMA it for another one, that is the only solution. Check the HardOCP forums for more info.
 
are you kidding ?! sigh it took dell like 2 weeks just to process my order last time and i leave for school on tuesday.......grumble
